Sir has the derivatives dealing been regulated post 2008 crash? Sometime back I read that derivatives have been rebranded with a shiny new name and are being sold by some of the culprits of 2008

There’s been an improvement in the reporting standards, and in risk measurement. But beyond that, not much has changed, I’d say.
